But first, what does it means to be fully vaccinated?
People are considered fully vaccinated if:
2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
It's important to note the "2 week" timeline after you've received your vaccine as you will only receive the full efficacy of your vaccine after that period window.

According to the CDC, fully vaccinated individuals:

“With millions of Americans getting vaccinated every day, it is important to update the public on the latest science about what fully vaccinated people can do safely, now including guidance on safe travel. We continue to encourage every American to get vaccinated as soon as it’s their turn, so we can begin to safely take steps back to our everyday lives. Vaccines can help us return to the things we love about life, so we encourage every American to get vaccinated as soon as they have the opportunity.”
So what does this mean?
For starts, you are now free to travel both domestically and internationally, provided that you continue to take necessary precautions for covid including hand washing, masks, etc.
